She started her career in Big 4 accounting and then pivoted into human resource leadership at a fast-growing firm that grew ten times during her tenure. In her role, she led the firm’s talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, performance management, team building, training, and employee engagement efforts. Melissa has been an innovative HR leader for 15+ years and utilizes this expertise to help others dream bigger through her training, coaching, and consulting services. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach, she coaches executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and companies.
