About Me

Dr. Myra Hubbard, Ph.D. is Executive Vice President, Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc. and President and CEO of the Hubbard TAP-IN® Women’s Self-Empowerment Institute. Dr. Myra Hubbard has many years of successful experience providing consultation to executives, work groups, and organizations. Her global consulting work with various industries includes working with industries such as: Healthcare, Finance, Higher Education, Transportation, Government, and Non-Profit organizations in the Netherlands, Pacific Rim, Korea, Japan, Samoa, and other countries has proven invaluable to the work she performs in the U.S. Her special talent and expertise in working with culturally diverse groups, enables her to readily gain trust, respect, and communicate well in many international, intercultural, and diverse settings. Dr. Myra Hubbard expertise includes addressing women in the workplace and self-empowerment strategies. She delivers training for organizations and often speaks at conferences. Dr. Hubbard is author of such books as “W.I.S.E. UP: Women, Inclusion and Self-Empowerment”, “Experience Leaves Clues: 7 Keys to Self-Empowerment”, “Assertiveness and Self-Confidence”, “Empowering Yourself by Embracing Change”, “Marketing Basics, “TAP-IN: Elevating Women’s Self-Empowerment, “Measuring the ROI Impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Business Resource Groups (BRGs)”, and more. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business and Psychology, a Masters degree in Counseling, California College Teaching Credentials, a Practitioner Certification and Master Practitioner Certification in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), a Neuro-science discipline and earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
